Paul Witham – Owner/Head coach
Paul has been coaching for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge to help him get the best out of whomever he trains.
Paul started coaching as an Army PTI where he learnt the skills to pus his athlete’s to levels they never thought possible! After retiring from the Army 15 years ago, he has now become specialised in posture analysis, programme design, nutrition and human movement.
He believes if you know how to move correctly you can accomplish much more physically, live a much healthier lifestyle for a longer happier life. Paul is continually pushing his personal development as a Coach and Athlete to provide the best experience for his members and is continually learning himself.
8 years ago Paul broke his leg whilst playing rugby and was unable to play anymore and thought his fitness had been stunted. CrossFit has shown that at 40 years old he is fitter now than ever before and continues to get better every year.
“CrossFit is by far the best health and fitness programme I have EVER used”
“I believe that the CrossFit methology is to create a strong sense of community and a club like feel to the Unit”
Paul has been developing CrossFit Solihull for 6 years and has a pure passion for CrossFit. It combines all his skill sets as a trainer, and his belief that your fitness and health programme should empower you to be able to do whatever you want to do now and for the future.
