Ok, we have a few ways of getting you started - have a read of the options below and drop us a message if you have any questions!

1. New to CrossFit?

If you are completley new to CrossFit then completing our introduction month is mandatory to introduce you to the huge variety of movements which we use.

You will start your introduction month by attending one of our weekly fundamentals class on a Thursday at 7pm where you will recieve your introduction information pack. This class is a small coach led class where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. After attending this you will then be given support and guidance from our team of coaches whilst attending regular classes. During your introduction month, you may attend as many foundation classes as you would like to recap the basics and, in addition to this, you may attend as many regular classes as you wish. Through this you will learn the methodology behind CrossFit alongside getting to grips with the way we run our classes here at CrossFit Solihull. We will teach you how to make each workout appropriate to you in order for you to maximise the benefits of the classes.

The fee for the foundation course includes a months unlimited membership (saving you £50!).

2. CrossFit membership

We have a range of different membership options which can be viewed below. To get the most benefit from your time with us, we recommend our members to attend a class three times a week or more. You will be constantly learning new skills and improving on those already learnt.  With your own client performance tracker app and optional leaderboard table entries you can track your own performances and see how quickly you’ve improved.

All sessions are led by one of our coaches and are 1hr long. Each class which consists of a functional warm-up, followed by coaching of the movements from the day’s WOD. Following the WOD we will spend time improving your mobility to assist in your recovery and help you achieve full range of movement.

At Crossfit Solihull, every one of our members is different and we understand that not everyone shares the same goals. Some of our members want to get moving for the first time, some want to improve their fitness, some want to do a few competitions and some want to make it to the Crossfit Games! For this reason, we offer three different programs which can be seen below;

CrossFit Train (unlimited) £80

This is our most popular option and gives you access to all classes including train, sweat and open gym sessions. You will be constantly learning new skills and improving on those already learnt on the introduction course. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic weightlifting. You must have completed the on-ramp introduction course for this membership.

CrossFit Train 1 x per week £32

This membership option gives you access to any of the CrossFit Train sessions, one session per week. You will be constantly learning new skills and improving on those already learnt on the introduction course. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic weightlifting.  You must have completed the on-ramp introduction course for this membership.

CrossFit Train 10 session package £100

This membership option gives you 10 coached CrossFit Train classes over a 12 week period. You will be constantly learning new skills and improving on those already learnt on the introduction course. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic weightlifting. You must have completed the on-ramp introduction course to purchase this package.

CrossFit Sweat 3 x per week £54

The sweat classes are fun and fast paced using a combination of simple body weight movements alongside light lifting movements to give you a short, sweet and very sweaty workout! This membership gives you access to up to 3 sweat classes per week. There is no requirement to complete the introduction on-ramp course for this membership.

CrossFit Sweat 2 x per week £36

As described above the sweat classes are fun and fast paced using a combination of simple body weight movements alongside light lifting movements to give you a short, sweet and very sweaty workout! This membership gives you access to up to 2 sweat classes per week. There is no requirement to complete the introduction on-ramp course for this membership.

3. CrossFit Kids: 1/2 term course £45

We run a CrossFit kids class 1 x per week on a Saturday which is open to anyone aged 5-15 who wants to experience CrossFit style functional training in a fun environment. 3. CrossFit for Parkinson's

Exercise has so many benefits for people living with Parkinson’s; it helps to improve balance, strength, co-ordination which can significantly delay mobility decline alongside improving non-motor symptoms such as concentration and depression. We are pleased to be now running one class a week here at CrossFit Solihull specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease. This class runs on a Monday morning at 11am and is ran by one of our coaches Dani and supported by Bigger & Better for Parkinson’s disease. For more information please contact Emma on 07715884255 or drop us a message on the link below.

4. Already a Crossfitter?

If you are already a CrossFitter and are around in the area needing your CrossFit fix we would love to have you come to train with us! Just use the link below to access the webform.

Our classes run Monday – Friday 9.15am, 12:45pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm with an early bird class 6.15am on Friday mornings. Saturdays we have one class at 9:30am and an open gym session from 8am. We also have several open gym sessions throughout the week during the day and in the evening. Just let us know when you would like to attend and a coach will be in touch to book you in.
