CrossFit Solihull is a coaching facility designed around making every single member the best all around athlete they can be regardless of their current level of fitness. From grandparent to grandchild, from beginner to competitive athlete, CrossFit is THE fitness program for reaching and surpassing your goals.
We want to empower you to have the capacity to be able to do anything life throws at you, however big or small and take it all in your stride alongside educating you on how to maintain a functional and healthy lifestyle with a like minded family community to support you all the way. The last person finishing a workout is just as important as the first, and always gets the biggest cheer!
We base our training on everyday fundamental human movements like lifting, pulling, carrying, jumping, pushing and running. We constantly vary the workouts each day, teach you how to do all the movements correctly and increase your level of intensity to limits you thought were only for the elite! With well over 20 years experience from the coaching staff and a family community instilled from the start, being a part of Solihull’s only CrossFit box is truly a health plan for your future.
At CrossFit Solihull, every one of our members is different and we understand that not everyone shares the same goals. Some of our members want to get moving for the first time, some want to improve their fitness, some want to do a few competitions and some want to make it to the CrossFit Games! For this reason, we offer three different programs which can be seen below.
  • CrossFit Sweat – Sweat classes are fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight gymnastics and light lifting movements for a high energy workout. Short, sweet and super sweaty. **You do not need to complete the on-ramp course for this membership.
  • CrossFit Train – Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic weightlifting.  With your own client tracker app and optional leaderboard entries you can track you own performances and see how quickly you’ve improved. Every day brings something new, so get ready to be the fittest version of you. **You must complete the on-ramp introduction course for this membership.
  • CrossFit Sport – Coming soon!
