Classes

Train

Classes are all coach led with each day a brand new workout combining a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic weightlifting. With your coaches tracking your performance and progressing you to the next fun thing you can personally track you own performances with our interactive training diary app and see how quickly you’ve improved. Every day brings something new, so get ready to be the fittest version of you.

Open Gym

Open Gym is free gym time with no organised classes, but with a coach on the gym floor happily to advise or help with anything you want to work on individually. A great time too perfect that targeted movement or get that PB. Open gym is the perfect time to take some time to work on what you want. That could be mastering a new movement skill, getting stronger or just working on your flexibility.

Sweat

Sweat classes are fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight gymnastics and light lifting movements for a high energy workout. Short, sweet and super sweaty.

Kids

We run a CrossFit kids class 1 x per week on a Saturday which is open to anyone aged 5-15 who wants to experience CrossFit style functional training in a fun environment. Parkinsons

Exercise has so many benefits for people living with Parkinson’s; it helps to improve balance, strength, co-ordination which can significantly delay mobility decline alongside improving non-motor symptoms such as concentration and depression. We are pleased to be now running one class a week here at CrossFit Solihull specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease. This class runs on a Monday morning at 11am and is ran by one of our coaches Dani and supported by Bigger & Better for Parkinson’s disease.
