All CrossFit classes are designed for every level and ability.
Each class time is paired with a small open-gym window for up to five individuals to train independently.
We recommend open-gym sessions for seasoned trainers, as the core value of our gym lies in coached classes and community.
Over the course of 12 months, we’ll introduce specialized classes and courses that focus on specific modalities, such as pure conditioning, pure gymnastics, pure yoga, and pure breathwork.
Members will be notified of these special sessions through the app.

Conditioning Classes
Our conditioning classes are the ultimate energy boost!
They’re all about cranking up your cardiovascular endurance, building stamina, and having a blast while you do it.
Expect a mix of aerobic exercises, bodyweight moves, and interval training that keeps your heart pumping and your spirits high. These sessions are super popular for a reason: they’re high-intensity, low-skill, and ridiculously fun, so anyone can jump in and see amazing results.
Plus, we offer them in six- to eight-week blocks, so you can really see your progress and keep that momentum going!
CrossFit Yoga
Our CrossFit Yoga class is the perfect way to wrap up your week and reset for the next one.
We blend the strength and dynamism of CrossFit with the calming, flexibility-boosting power of yoga.
You’ll flow through dynamic poses and stretches that help you improve mobility, find balance, and just let go of all that tension.
It’s the ultimate holistic approach to fitness that leaves you feeling refreshed, recharged, and totally ready to take on whatever comes next!
